Our program combines an evidence-based curriculum with 1:1 coaching to keep you on track. After a full exam, detailed medical history, and goal-setting session, you’ll meet virtually with a health coach on a routine basis.

In these sessions, we’ll review your food journals, take measurements, discuss your progress, and make any changes to your program as needed. You’ll have access to apps for those in-between times when you need an added layer of accountability.

Your appointments with our staff will be a will be a safe space for us to problem-solve as a team, but we won’t leave you stranded during that in-between time. We’ll set you up with a digital scale, 1:1 virtual coach, and weight loss medication tailored to your needs and medical history.
